Poem for Blink

Blink was a student of mine who took his own life a few years ago...

dear student

why did you have to take down your life
when there is so much to do
why did you give up so fast
when life is not yet thru with you

you are a masterpiece
another creation so unique
another version of the human kind
yet you still have to find

the mystery of everything
the reasons from questions of every human being

but you have given up so fast
you have given up on breathing

Now i wish i was there but i was late
to guide you thru all your hard times
and comfort you, give you strength
and find that Life is full of meaning....

I'm sorry my dear student....
